Veteran Owned Small Businesses

Veteran Owned Small Businesses

In helping provide small businesses access to the government procurement marketplace the government has created programs for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
These programs provide advantages to veteran owned and controlled small business in the procurement process and follow either VA or SBA rules, depending on the agency issuing the procurement.

Certain structures including the use of Joint Venture Agreements allow small business to enter into relationships which can help provide access to technical knowledge and/or capital. The rules require specific provisions in the organization documents which must be included in order to qualify. These rules are strictly enforced and sometimes bring about challenges to the Agreements.

We can assist your company in migrating this landscape.
